Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and forward-thinking Video Editor & Creative Designer who blends traditional post-production expertise with cutting-edge AI workflows. In this role, you won’t just piece footage together—you will leverage AI video generation tools and graphic design skills to create visually stunning, high-impact content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Production: Assemble, edit, and color-grade raw footage into seamless, engaging video content.
  
• AI Video Generation: Utilize generative AI tools to create B-roll, concept animations, unique visual assets, or extend footage.
  
• Motion Graphics & Design: Create clean typography, transitions, lower-thirds, and static graphic assets that align with our brand aesthetic.
  
• Audio Enhancement: Mix sound design, voiceovers, and music to elevate the overall production value.
  
• Workflow Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, constantly testing and integrating new AI video/graphics tools to optimize production speed and visual quality.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Traditional Editing: Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
  
• AI Video Tools: Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms such as Runway (Gen-2/Gen-3), Sora, Midjourney, Pika, or stable diffusion workflows for video.
  
• Graphics & Motion: Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design software.
  
• Visual Continuity: A strong sense of composition, color theory, pacing, and visual storytelling.
  
• Problem Solver: Ability to take a abstract brief or concept and bring it to life visually.
