Job Summary:
The Senior Risk & Compliance Officer ensures the institution operates within regulatory frameworks by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks while maintaining compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits
- Identify operational and financial risks
- Prepare and present risk reports to management
- Strengthen internal control and compliance systems
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- At least 2 years in risk management/compliance (MFI preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Location: Addis Ababa
Salary: 27,000 ETB + allowances
