Marhiwot Mothers, Children, and Internal Medicine Specialized Medical Center is a healthcare institution located in Addis Ababa, Lideta Sub-city. Since October 2024 (Tikimt 2017 E.C.), the center has been providing quality healthcare services in its field.

Job Summary:

The Finance Department Head is responsible for managing and overseeing all financial activities of the medical center, ensuring financial stability, compliance, and efficient resource utilization.

The institution would like to recruit qualified employees for the following positions:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control financial operations of the institution
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
• Monitor income, expenditures, and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Supervise finance staff and coordinate departmental activities
• Provide financial advice to management for decision-making

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance or related field
• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
• Experience in private healthcare institutions is preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
