Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Officer is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote financial products, expand customer base, and enhance institutional visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
• Promote financial products and services
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Lead outreach and awareness programs
• Support share sales and customer acquisition initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BA Degree in Marketing, Economics, Management, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• At least 2 years in marketing (financial sector preferred)
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Location: Addis Ababa
Salary: 27,000 ETB + allowances
