Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Property Administrative & Client Support Officer to support property-related administrative activities and provide excellent service to clients. Candidates with experience in real estate, sales, facility management, or the hotel/service industry are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with property-related inquiries and requests.

Support property sales, leasing, and client relationship activities.

Coordinate with tenants, clients, property owners, and service providers.

Handle administrative and property-related documentation.

Assist with facility management and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Follow up on client requests and resolve issues professionally.

Maintain accurate records and reports.

Provide excellent customer service and communication.

Support the team with other property and administrative duties as required.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.

Experience in real estate, sales, facility management, hotel, or service industry.

Strong English communication skills.

Good customer service and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and administrative abilities.

Ability to communicate professionally with clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
