Job Summary

• Principal Monitoring & Evaluation Analyst I  is responsible for identifying and implementing the Bank’s monitoring and evaluation framework to analyze performance levels against defined targets and recommends/feedback on areas of improvement.
• In addition, the role holder is responsible for developing evaluation methodologies, and ensuring the effective measurements leverage technology tools and systems to enhance monitoring and evaluation capabilities.
• The role holder is also responsible to prepare evaluation reports of targeted plans.

Experience

• At least six (6) years’ post qualification experience similar role.

Functional/Technical Competencies

• Logic modelling : Ability to represent and analyze the flow of activities and processes within a system, highlighting the steps involved, their interdependencies with each other, and defining how changes affect the others.
• Performance analysis: Ability to plan & manage the collection of bank-wide performance data; compares targeted performance against actual performance.
• Trend analysis :     Ability to generate financial ratios and indicators from market, financial, and operational research, interpreting these ratios to determine trends for management decision and action and projects/forecast future financial condition of the Bank.
• Organization analysis: Ability to examine an organization’s internal and external environments to gain a comprehensive understanding of its strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and recommend areas for improvement.
