Job Description

A Clinical Nurse provides direct nursing care and supports patient treatment throughout their stay in the hospital.

A Personnel Officer supports human resource and administrative functions within the organization.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and personnel files
• Support recruitment activities and staff coordination
• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
• Prepare reports and administrative documents
• Handle office communication and correspondence
• Support attendance records and personnel tracking
• Assist daily office administration activities
• Coordinate internal staff activities
• Organize files and maintain proper documentation systems
• Support management with assigned administrative duties
• Work with different departments to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in:

  • ICT
  • Related fields

Experience Requirement
