Job Mission
Responsible for the overall preparation of various reports to be used for decision making by different work units within the bank and for regulatory organs. She/he must consistently develop, use, and review the MIS system within the bank. Moreover, the incumbent must prepare guidelines, standards, policies and procedures in line with best banking practices and regulatory organs requirements for effective and efficient operations. Since the financial accounting system is an essential functional element of the total MIS structure, the incumbent must make a special emphasis in following and checking the accuracy of reports produced manually, using system, or a combination of both.

Qualification

• Master’s/Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Banking and Finance or related fields

Experience

• Six (6) years and eight(8) years of relevant experience for Master’s and Bachelor’s, respectively, of which two (2) years of experience in supervisory positions
• (IFB Training Certification is Advantageous)
