Job Summary

• The Fixed Asset Circulation & Disposal Team Leader is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the movement, transfer, reassignment, disposal, and retirement of the Bank’s fixed assets in accordance with approved policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The role ensures accurate asset tracking, proper utilization, timely disposal of obsolete or unserviceable assets, and maintenance of reliable fixed asset records to safeguard the Bank’s assets and support operational efficiency.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Logistics and Supply Chain Management / Property Management/ Procurement and Supplies Management or other related fields.
• Proficiency in procurement software like SAP MM and ARIBA or the equivalent is an added advantage.

Experience

• At least six (6) years of relevant experience.

• Inventory Management: The ability to maintain accurate inventory records, monitor asset and stock levels, optimize storage utilization, and ensure effective control of inventory movements.
• Cost Management: The ability to plan, control, and optimize costs through efficient asset utilization, timely disposal of obsolete assets, and effective management of storage resources.
