Purpose of the Job: To safeguard and elevate the Bank’s corporate reputation by managing its visual identity, physical presence, and public-facing engagements. This role is responsible for ensuring absolute brand consistency across the branch network, executing high-profile corporate events, and leading strategic public relations and CSR initiatives to build a premium and trusted brand image in the market.

Generic Functions:

• Develop, review and implement policies & procedures, plan /budget of the division
• Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct, culture, & ascertain that subordinates abide by same
• Cultivate a working environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and transparency among staffs
• Provide services as per the service level agreement, follow- up & monitor subordinates to do the same
• Mentor and coach subordinates towards effective career development
• Adhere to internal control system, risk management program of the Bank and NBE’s Directives, rules and regulations
• Adhere to internal control system and risk management program of the Bank

Specific Functions:

• Develop and enforce comprehensive Brand Guidelines to ensure a unified visual identity and “corporate voice” across all digital platforms, physical assets, and marketing collateral
• Maintain the Bank’s visual standards across the entire branch network, ensuring that signage, interior branding, and staff uniforms maintain a consistent, premium look and feel
• Lead the end-to-end conceptualization and execution of high-impact events, including Annual General Meetings (AGM), branch inaugurations, product launches, and exclusive high-net-worth client engagements
• Act as the primary liaison with media outlets; manage press releases, media kits, and Crisis Communication strategies to protect and enhance the Bank’s public reputation
• Identify and manage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and strategic sponsorships that align with the Bank’s values and community impact goals

• Qualification: MA/MBA/BA in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Seven/Nine 7/9 years of relevant Banking experience of which Two/2 years as Senior Officer position.
