Key Responsibilities:

•  Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
•  Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
•  Ensure accurate inventory control through regular audits and stock reconciliation.
•  Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
•  Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
•  Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
•  Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.
•  Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
•  Manage warehouse equipment and oversee maintenance schedules.
•  Handle warehouse budgeting and cost control.

Manage the overall operations of the warehouse, including inbound, storage, inventory, and outbound processes.

•  Lead and supervise warehouse staff; ensure proper training, delegation, and performance management.
•  Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels; conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
•  Implement and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards.
•  Plan and coordinate delivery schedules in collaboration with logistics and procurement teams.
•  Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage and maintain product quality.
•  Optimize space utilization and improve operational efficiency through continuous improvement.
•  Maintain all documentation related to warehouse activities, including GRNs, dispatch notes, and inventory reports.
•  Manage warehouse equipment and ensure regular maintenance and safety checks.
•  Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues and improve service levels.
