Junior Process Focused Backend Developer Full Time NEW

You will be responsible for…

• Implement assigned backend features, services, APIs, and business logic under technical guidance.
• Translate approved requirements and technical specifications into code.
• Develop simple database queries and data access components.
• Follow coding standards, secure development practices, version-control procedures, and development guidelines
• Identify simple process improvement and automation opportunities.
•  Collaborate effectively with developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, analysts, and other stakeholders.

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us

• Working knowledge of Java (ideally exposure to Java 17+ features, but solid Java 8+ fundamentals acceptable)
• Basic to intermediate experience with Spring Boot — building simple REST controllers, services, and repositories
• Understanding of RESTful API concepts (HTTP methods, status codes, JSON payloads)
• Exposure to or willingness to learn process/workflow concepts (BPMN basics, understanding of business process flows) — full ownership not expected at this level
• Basic understanding of microservices concepts (what they are, how services communicate) — hands-on production experience not required
