| Essential Function: Job Position: Manager, Risk & Quality Assurance Purpose of the Job: Function as the independent final gatekeeper of the Bank’s digital banking ecosystem, providing impartial governance over testing, security hardening, regulatory compliance, and fraud intelligence ensuring speed-to-market never compromises security or compliance. | Job Requirement: Qualification: MSc/BSc/MA/MBA/BA in Information Security, Computer Science, Risk Management, Finance, or Banking, Cybersecurity or Risk Management. Experience: Seven/Nine 7/9 years of relevant Banking experience in the area of risk, IT audit, or information security of which at least 3 years as a Senior Officer or equivalent position in project management and quality assurance roles. Additional Requirements: Certifications: PMP–Certificate in Project Management and planning, CISA–Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certificate in Quality assurance, CRISC–Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control, PCI-DSS QSA or ISA (advantageous). Technical Skills: Digital risk frameworks and cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, NIST), Penetration testing oversight, vulnerability management and SIEM platforms, NBE digital banking regulations and PCI-DSS requirements, UAT design, test case management and release governance frameworks. Behavioral Competencies: Uncompromising integrity and independence in governance decisions, highly analytical with strong risk-identification and pattern-recognition, Ability to stand firm under commercial pressure while maintaining collaborative relationships, Clear communicator of risk and compliance intelligence to executive audiences. |
