Job Summary

Brief Job Description

• Identifying and recording of financial transactions;
• Posting financial record;
• Adjusting financial records;
• Periodically updating income, expense, assets, liability and reserve accounts of the Fund;
• Reconciling financial transactions and closing entries;
• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow.
• Assessing the sources and uses of funds and preparing annual revenue, operational budget and capital budgets;
• Monitoring proper implementation of annual budgets, and produce budget progress report;
• Monitoring timely collection of receivables and timely payment of payables;
• Monitor and control incomes, expenses, and financial positions;
• Mentoring cash flow of the Fund;
• Avail all required financial documents for internal and external auditing; and
•  Carry out any other duties that are within the scope of Accounting and Finance Function and as requested by the Chief Accountant of the Fund.

Job Requirement

• Required Minimum Educational Qualification: 1st Degree or above in Management, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Accounting and Auditing, Banking and Finance, Business Administration or Business Management.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience for 1st  Degree or 4 years for 2nd Degree holder, in finance or accounting of a financial intuition.
