Plan, organize, and evaluate the activities concerning nursing and the team associated, according to MSF values, policies and protocols and universal health standards, in order to warrant the quality and continuity of the health care and the development of the plan of action.
Education
Specialty (nurse or community ) diploma essential.
Experience
Essential 2 years of previous experience. Having worked in MSF or other NGO’s and in developing countries is desirable.
Languages
High level command of oral and written English; Afan Oromo highly desirable
Knowledge
Essential computer literacy (word, excel and internet)
Competencies
Ensures high-quality nursing care in mobile clinics (protocol adherence, patient safety, IPC)
Organizes and supervises nursing teams in remote settings; ensures performance, accountability, and motivation
Manages mobile clinic schedules, staffing, and logistics under access and security constraints
Adjusts quickly to changing contexts (insecurity, population movement, outbreaks)
Maintains performance and supports team well-being in high-pressure environments
Upholds neutrality, impartiality, and respect in complex conflict settings
