Provide second-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT incidents within agreed service levels (SLAs).
Support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
Assist in the administration of servers, Active Directory, email systems, and file-sharing services.
Ensure the availability and performance of IT infrastructure components.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
Assign and monitor support tasks to ensure timely completion.
Recommend improvements to IT support processes and service delivery.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

First Degree(Bsc) in Computer Science /Information Technology/Computer Engineering/MIS/ or related fields with 5 years of relevant working experience.
