Job Description

• Lead frontend architecture and technical design for complex features and applications, creating scalable, maintainable solutions that meet business requirements, ensure long-term code quality, and establish patterns that guide future development across the frontend codebase.
• Guide frontend development team on technical approaches and best practices by providing architectural direction, conducting technical design reviews, and ensuring solutions align with established standards while enabling team members to develop their technical skills.
• Optimize frontend performance at application level by identifying systemic issues such as inefficient rendering patterns, unnecessary re-renders, or large dependency trees, and implementing architectural improvements that enhance overall user experience and meet performance targets.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure architectural compliance by examining work products for quality, adherence to standards, and alignment with intended architecture, providing constructive feedback that maintains high code quality across the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues by applying deep expertise in debugging, performance analysis, and browser internals to diagnose problems efficiently and implement effective solutions that prevent recurrence.
• Evaluate and recommend frontend technologies, frameworks, and tools by researching options, conducting proofs-of-concept, and advising on technology choices that best meet current and future product needs while considering team skills and learning curves.
• Mentor and develop frontend developers by providing regular coaching, constructive feedback on their work, and creating opportunities for professional growth through pair programming, technical discussions, and guided learning experiences.
• Represent frontend technical perspective in architecture reviews and planning sessions by contributing expertise to broader technical discussions, ensuring frontend considerations are incorporated into cross-cutting decisions

Job Requirements

• First Degree in Computer Science/Soft ware Engineering/Computer Engineering/Electrical engineering/or related fields with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and strong working knowledge of TypeScript
• Deep hands-on experience with Angular (component architecture, RxJS, state management, forms, routing, dependency injection)
• Strong hands-on experience with React (hooks, component composition, state management — Redux/Context/Zustand)
• Proven experience with js — SSR/SSG, routing, API routes, performance optimization, and SEO considerations
• Solid command of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches (SASS/LESS, Tailwind, CSS-in-JS, or styled-components)
• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter/Dart for cross-platform mobile app development
• Ability to design consistent UI/UX components/design systems that translate across web and mobile (Flutter) platforms
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles across devices and screen sizes
• Strong grasp of UX/UI best practices — accessibility (WCAG), usability heuristics, and human-centered design principles
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes/prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD) into pixel-accurate, performant interfaces
• Ability to conduct or contribute to usability testing and translate customer feedback into interface improvements
• Focus on customer journey optimization — reducing friction in key flows (onboarding, transactions, self-service)
