Job Summary
TZNA General Hospital is seeking qualified and compassionate Nurses to join our clinical team. Opportunities are available for both Clinical Nurses and Scrub Nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and supporting safe and efficient medical and surgical services.
Position Roles
Clinical Nurse
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established medical plans
- Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care procedures
Scrub Nurse
- Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments
- Maintain a sterile environment during surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies
- Ensure all surgical tools are accounted for before and after procedures
- Support overall operating room efficiency and safety
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Valid professional nursing license
- Experience in clinical care or surgical settings is an advantage
- Strong teamwork, communication, and patient care skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
