Awash Insurance Company invites qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following permanent positions based in Addis Ababa.
Job Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance; graduates of 2024 and 2025/26 with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 and successful completion of the exit exam
- Experience: Not required
Other Skills and Attributes
- Proven interpersonal communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Highly motivated and able to perform duties with minimal supervision

- Employment Type: Permanent
- Salary & Benefits: As per the company’s salary scale and attractive benefits package
- Age Limit: Below 35 years for Positions 1–6 and below 25 years for Positions 7–8
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa
