IT & Digital Risk Officer Full Time NEW

Purpose of the Job: To enhance IT & Digital risk management by assessing and monitoring various IT & Digital risk exposure of the Bank, developing IT & Digital risk management policies & procedures, and ensure the Bank comply with pertinent internal & external rules and regulations.

Generic Functions:

• Actively participate in developing, reviewing and implementing policies & procedures, plan /budget of the division
• Mentor and enable staffs below his /grades towards achieving their effective performance.
• Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct; embody the bank’s good culture and corporate image to the public
• Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices
• Provide services as per the service level agreement
• Contribute to the bank’s profitability as per the target set

Specific Functions:

• Assist in the development of IT & Digital risk management policies, procedures/guidelines, program and plan of the Bank
• Identify, assess, measure and monitor IT & Digital risks related to the Bank’s various activities and recommend mitigation mechanisms
• Monitor IT & Digital related risks in the Bank by analyzing the changes in the Bank’s risk Profile
• Review/conduct penetration testing and assess the Bank’s capacity to manage cyber-attacks
• Identify areas of vulnerability on IT & digital risks so that timely action can be taken to strengthen existing mitigation mechanism and minimize losses and, if necessary, recommend alternative risk mitigation mechanisms

• Qualification: BSc in in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or other related field of studies.
• Experience: Three/3 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry of which One/1 year as officer position
