Ethiopian Skylight Hotel would like to invite qualified applicants for the position of Head Human Resources.
ABOUT THE JOB
POSITION: Head Human Resources
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- A Minimum of BA degree in Management / Personnel Management/ HR Management/ Business management /Business Administration /Accounting or any related fields with minimum of 9 years relevant work experience out of which three years in Managerial capacity in HRM division.
OR
MA degree in Management / Personnel Management/ HR Management/ Business management /Business Administration /Accounting or any related fields with minimum of 7 years relevant work experience out of which three years in Managerial capacity in HRM Areas.
LANGUAGE
- Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory.
