Job Description
- Organizes and administers the office of CEO;
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handling incoming and outgoing communication effectively
- Checks and transcribes correspondence, minutes and report from dictation or written draft using word processing with a high degree of accuracy;
- Schedules appointment for meetings with chief officer or directors and external institution;
- Prepares agenda for meetings and report summaries;
- Arranges travels schedules and reservations for the CEO;
- Composed correspondence and report of complex nature, and reviews those prepared for CEO’s signature;
- Screens request for meeting with CEO, and directives visitors to appropriate offices screens items that need the attention of the CEO:
- Transmits messages, instruction, circulars and refiners from the CEO to various offices and follows up their status.
Job Requirements
- Qualification
- BA Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Management, and office management (SSOM) or management or related filed.
Experience
- 5 year of relevant Experience of which 3 years as senior secretory.
