About the job
You will lead and manage the Human Resources and Administrative functions in the Country office. You will provide overall advice, coordination and management of the Human Resources and Administration team at the country office and technical Human Resources support to the field offices; as well as ensure efficient support to the program in accordance with existing DRC policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role we expect you to have a few years of management experience and have worked both strategically and operationally with several of the tasks above.
