About the Role:
As the primary point of contact between FDRE MESOB Service and our customers, you will ensure the delivery of professional, efficient, and customer-centered service. Your core responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, efficiently processing service requests, collecting valuable customer feedback, and maintaining positive, long-lasting customer relationships.
Job Summary:
FDRE Mesob Service is looking for highly motivated customer service officers with relevant experience. The Customer Service Officer (CSO) serves as the primary point of contact between FDRE Mesob Service and its customers, ensuring the delivery of professional, efficient, and customer-centered service.
The CSO is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing service requests, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service that supports the organization’s mission and reputation.
