The Accountability Officer will lead the implementation of Accountability to affected people and community feedback and response mechanisms to ensure transparent, inclusive, and community- center project implementation. The role is responsible for establishing and monitoring feedback and complaint channels, managing accountability data through the digital accountability platform, and ensuring timely response and resolution of community concerns. The officer will support the integration of CHS, safeguarding, and safe and inclusive programming across project activities, provide capacity building to staff and community structures, and promote meaningful community participation. Working closely with project teams, government stakeholders, and partners, the Accountability Officer will ensure community feedback informs project decisions and contributes to improved project quality and community resilience.
