Internal/External Vacancy Announcement for Anticipated position
DISTINCT FUTURE OF CVDA
CVDA has been re-registered and licensed by the Ethiopian Ministry of Justice, Charities and Societies Agency, on November 30, 2009 as an Ethiopian Residents charity in accordance with the Charities and Societies proclamation No. 621/2009 with registration No. 0588. As per 1113/2019 proclamation also re-registered on July 30, 2019.
CVDA has permission to work at the national level however so far operates marginal parts of Benshangule Gumuz Region, Sidama region, South Ethiopia Region, Central Ethiopia region, South west Ethiopia region, Oromiya region, Afar region and Addis Ababa City administration.
It is member of Consortium of Reproductive Health Association (CORHA), Union of Ethiopian Women Charitable Association (UEWCA), Ethiopian Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative/EEITI/, Ethiopia Civil Society Coalition for Scaling up Nutrition/ECSC-SUN/ and Afar Region Health Partner Forum.

CVDA’s mission is to enhance socioeconomic development in health, education, agriculture, environment, livelihood, and WaSH, humanitarian responses, community-based peace-building, and good governance through holistic approaches and working with the community to contribute towards sustainable development and an improved standard of living in Ethiopia.
Overall goal:
CVDA’s goal is to contribute to poverty alleviation through community-based approaches by implementing programs for development, good governance, and humanitarian responses in different regions of the country.

Common Vision for Development Association (CVDA) is on the process of starting project focuses livelihood
Called HOME-GROWN SCHOOL FEEDING & CLIMATE-RESILIENT LIVELIHOODS PROJECT
Which implemented in Bena Tsemay, Malle and Dasenech Woredas, South Ethiopia. So we want to hire project staff for this project mentioned below
| Duty station | Woreda level – target kebeles in Bena Tsemay, Malle and Dasenech |
| Reporting line | Reports to: Woreda Livelihood Officer. |
| Supervision | Works closely with lead farmers, development agents, community structures, schools and farmer groups. |
| Job purpose | Provide frontline community mobilization, facilitation, follow-up and data collection to ensure project activities reach targeted farmers, pastoralists, schools and community structures effectively. |
| Minimum qualifications & experience | Diploma in Agriculture, Community Development or related field;with 2years and above experience. local recruitment with strong knowledge of the target woreda/kebeles; ability to communicate in relevant local languages; practical community facilitation experience preferred. |

Community mobilization records; FFS/session records; beneficiary/distribution documentation; field monitoring reports; feedback records; timely data submissions.

Safeguarding and Compliance
All staff are expected to comply with CVDA policies and applicable WFP requirements, including PSEA, Code of Conduct, safeguarding, protection, prevention of fraud and corruption, confidentiality, beneficiary accountability and non-discrimination. Staff must report concerns through established mechanisms.
