Junior HR Officer Full Time NEW

A.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engages in the overall human resource functions including recruitment, selection, performance management, Training & Development and succession planning.

B.SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• v  Ensures the recruitment and selection process are effective and completed as per the quality objective. This includes the presentation of surety for those job positions identified as mandatory to present.
• v  Make sure to deliver Induction training for newly hired employee.
• v  Makes sure to attach job description and deliver for every newly hired, transferred and promoted employee and management member with the recruitment letter.
• v  Closely follow up and ensure that performance evaluation of employees are conducted at least twice a year and proper documentation of the same document in computer and employees’ personal file.
• v  Makes analysis on employee performance result at least twice a year.
• v  Proper follow up; recording and analysis of records on accidents, Employees Engagement & Satisfaction, Turnover, Exit interview and etc.
• v  Makes sure to get a written exit interview from employees and management members.
• v  Facilitates departments on gap-based trainings.
• v  Follow up and reports the implementation of on job training in the Company system.
• v  Manages permanent and temporary employees’ salary.
• v  Follow up and report every insurance case until they are closed.
• v  Follow up and consults the liaison officer.
• v  Prepares regular and occasional reports of performance to the HRD Manager.
• v  Performs other related jobs.

• BA degree/Diploma in HR Management, Management or related field
