The Branch Sales and Relationship Officer provides essential front-line branch operations.
Key responsibilities include account opening, digital customer on boarding, cash and non-cash transaction processing, issuing and verifying financial instruments, executing local/international money transfers, and handling customer relationship management.
The role is vital in supporting service excellence, maintaining financial accuracy, driving resource mobilization, and promoting sales across all branch-level banking services and alternative digital channels.
Job Requirements

Education: First Degree (B.A.) in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or closely related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in branch banking operations or sales.
