Junior Property Administration Officer Full Time NEW

Purpose of the Job: To support in ensuring the Bank’s properties are properly used, accounted and reconciled with register books and their existence and physical conditions ascertained.

Generic Functions:

·       Provide the required assistance in all activities of the work unit

·       Properly maintain important files/records and avail when required

·       Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices

·       Adhere to internal control system and risk management program of the Bank

·       Participate in developing, reviewing and implementing policies & procedures, plan /budget, performance report of the division

·       Provide the concerned organ with timely, relevant, accurate, and complete reports on the plan performance

Specific Functions:

·       Assist in maintaining and updating proper inventory master list of all assets of the Bank

·       Take part in conducting physical inventory count of the Bank’s property, rectification on irregular findings, and balance with the master list

·       Assist in market assessment for disposal of acquired property

·       Reconcile the property master list against account records

·       Prepare sequential tag list and coordinate the tagging process of assets

·       Administer acquired properties and compile ownership documents

• Qualification: BA in Purchasing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any other related fields.
• Experience: One/1 year of relevant experience preferably in Banking industry.
