General missions:

Takes part in the overall activities of legal Issues relating to litigation.

provides expert advice to management on matters that are cause for litigation

Represents the company before the judicial and other tribunals.

Contributes to cross functional actions to enhance the performance of the company

Main Duties and Tasks

Conducts research on minor corporate legal issues that require enlightenment of the management, reviews/evaluates the potential legal Issues in policy decisions, procedures and manuals of the company and proposes measures that may help in filling the gaps observed in the documents.
Prepares statement of claims, statement of defense, memorandum of appeal and other pleadings
Appears before courts and other quasijudicial bodies competent to adjudicate disputes in which the company is a party
Prepare legal advice and opinion on subjects that are relatively less complex.
Represents the company in out-of-court settlement negotiations

L.L.B Degree or Level V With COC in Law or Legal Services Management with 0 years of experience
NB:- Affan Oromo language skill is mandatory
