Job Description

East Africa Agri-Business is a private company specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality teas (Black Lion Tea, Good Morning Tea, Simba Premium Tea, Cinnamon, Ginger, and TOSSIN Tea) and Black Lion Coffee to both local and domestic markets.

EXPECTED DUTIES

• Identify and vet reliable suppliers, conducting market research to forecast pricing and availability.
•   Oversee the entire purchasing lifecycle, from processing requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) to coordinating delivery
• Build and maintain an active database of qualified vendors, tracking their delivery times and performance
• Enforce company procurement policies and ensure all purchases meet legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
• Track procurement expenses, collaborate with the finance department to align with budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and ensure material availability aligns with company needs

EDUCATIONAL STATUS

• BA Degree /Diploma in Business Management, Marketing Management Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• EXPERIENCE:  0 /2 Years and above working experience
• SALARY: As per the company scale
• Work place : Bishoftu
