Purpose of the Job: To facilitate court related & foreclosure issues of the Bank through opening court files, managing subsequent court related issues and keeping accurate record of all cases.

Generic Functions:

• Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct embody the bank’s good culture and corporate image to the public
• Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices
• Adhere to internal control system and risk management program of the Bank
• Provide to the concerned organ with timely, accurate, and complete reports
• Implement timely corrective action on deficiencies and issues that have been raised or reported by different internal and external regulatory bodies
• Handle other related generic activities as deemed necessary

Specific Functions:

• Gather, organize and analyze the initial facts of a legal problem
• Manage court dates, hearing schedules, and filing deadlines for the legal team.
•  Update on the status of cases and explain complex legal jargon in simple, empathetic terms
• Organize physical and digital case files and ensure all court documents are filed correctly and on time
• Serve notices to defaulting borrowers, defenders, plaintiffs, witnesses and respondents.
• Obtain court summons and serves same to the addressee
• Collect documents and other materials from different organs in order
• Follow up foreclosure cases at city municipality and pertinent governmental organ
• Perform other related duties given by the supervisor

Experience: 2 (Two) years of relevant experience
