Job Summary

Essential Function

• Render legal advices to departments and branches by examining court orders & decisions and legal instruments and correspondences of legal nature
• Prepares statements of claim and defence, declaration for affidavit and memorandum of appeal;
• Prepares legal notice to be served to defaulters;
• Serves court summon/foreclosure notice to defaulters;
• Represents the bank in litigations, hearings and investigations before courts of law and other judicial bodies to handle cases instituted by the Bank’s and cases instituted against the Bank;
• Requests and obtains up-to dated statement of account of defaulting borrowers from branches;

Job Requirement

• Education: Graduates of years 2024 & 2025 G.C. with LLB in Law.
• Work Experience: No prior experience is required.

Age: ≤ 30 Exit Exam is required.

Salary: as per the Bank’s scale
