Job Description
- Good understanding of core banking systems and related business processes.
- Basic experience integrating core banking systems with auxiliary and external systems (ATM, cards, mobile banking, AML, CRM, middleware).
- Intermediate experience with REST/SOAP services, messaging, and transaction processing systems.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), including optimization and transaction management.
- Experience in system administration, configuration management, and operational support for mission-critical systems.
- Ability to Monitor and support high-availability operations, including proactive system health monitoring and rapid incident management
- Experience in batch processing (EOD, EOM, EOY) and monitoring transaction processing
- Ability to Support incidents and user issues ,Perform reconciliation and validation and Ensure transaction integrity
- Basic system support of monitoring ,Issue tracking and Functional troubleshooting
Job Requirements
First Degree(BSc) in Computer Science /Information Technology/Computer Engineering/MIS/ or related fields with 3 years of relevant working experience.
