Job Overview:
The TaRL Program Coordinator will be responsible for providing strategic direction and vision to the Education programming and will be responsible for the overall quality of implementation.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the coordination and implementation of TaRL Project interventions in targeted woredas of the region in line with the Program Cooperation Agreement (PCA). She or he will coordinate the program at the zonal level and make sure that the program is implemented at the target woreda, kebeles, or site level in line with the agreement made through the PCA. She or he will be providing guidance and support for TaRL program staff for the implementation of the project. She or he will ensure periodic and timely reporting of response in target woredas in the target zone of the region.
This is a position that involves frequent contact with children and the community; therefore, imagine1day, as an organization working with children and vulnerable communities, has strict procedures for screening candidates against Education (TARL approach) and PSEA policies.
