Job Requirements

• College Diploma, 10+3, Level III or IV in Customer Contact & Secretarial Operations, Customer Contact & Secretarial Operations Coordination or Secretarial Science and Office Management With at least 2 years experience as Administrative Assistant, Archives Clerk, Customer Profile Management Clerk or Secretary. N.B.COC is Preferable
• Being customer oriented. Ability to listen. Communication skill (active listening, empathy, emotional intelligence, clarity).
• Problem solving skill (critical thinking, initiative to make decision, agility). Customer service skill (service orientation, conflict resolution, patience & flexibility).
• Stress Management, time Management and professionalism.
• Team spirit and cross-cutting collaboration. Knowledge of basic computer skills, working tools, processes & communication methods.
• Knowledge of Customers and their Environment.
• Microsoft applications tools in the field.
• Reading, writing and speaking English and Amharic language is mandatory
