The position holder (TSFP Nurse) leads the Targeted Supplementary Feeding Programme (TSFP) implementation for Moderate Acute Malnutrition (MAM) treatment targeting children 6-59 months and pregnant/lactating women (PLW) across targeted woredas’ Food Distribution Points (FDPs)/Centers. S/he oversees WFP-TSFP project compliance through accurate screening/admission/discharge procedures, timely CPDR reporting via Partner Connect by 10th/20th deadlines, delivery of SBCC/IYCF-E sessions with HEWs/HDAs, coordination with woreda health offices/FMOH, FDA supervision for quality distributions, strict adherence to FMOH IMAM protocols, and Plan International GIK SOP for RUSF/CSB++ commodity management. The role drives achievement of programme targets: >75% recovery rate, <15% defaulter rate, <3% death rate, and >85% MAM coverage per SPHERE/WFP standards
