Detailed Description

Professional Competency Is the first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization, Screens telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handles them when appropriate, Organizes, maintains diaries and makes appointments, performs all administrative tasks, organizes meetings, arranges travel and accommodation, organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures, handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages. Transversal Competency Being customer-oriented , Ability to listen, Communication skill (active listening, empathy, emotional intelligence, clarity), Problem solving skill (critical thinking, initiative to make decision, agility), Customer service skill (service orientation, conflict resolution, patience and flexibility), Stress Management, time Management and professionalism, Team spirit and cross-cutting collaboration

Job Requirements

• Collège Diploma, 10+3, Level III or IV in Customer Contact and Secretarial Operations, Customer Contact and Secretarial Operations Coordination or Secretarial Science and Office Management With at least 2 years experience as Administrative Assistant, Archives Clerk, Customer Profile Management Clerk or Secretary. N.B.COC is Preferable
