Tea Factory Production Manager Full Time

Job Description

East Africa Agri-Business is a private company specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality teas (Black Lion Tea, Good Morning Tea, Simba Premium Tea, Cinnamon, Ginger, and TOSSIN Tea) and Black Lion Coffee to both local and domestic markets.

EXPECTED DUTIES

•  Overseeing the production of Tea from raw material to finish good.
•  Ensure quality standard are and production target met and safety protocols are followed.
•  Create Production planning and manages as per the production schedules.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity
•   Ensure the factory complies with local regulation.
• Ensure the track inventory level and products are manufacture and deliver to the customer on the schedules.
• Other working instruction received from his/her recent factory manager

Job Qualification

• EDUCATIONAL STATUS: BA Degree in Food Science Or BA Degree in Food Processes Technology
• EXPERIENCE: 6 Year and above working experience  also S/he has the ability to coordinate, leading and have good working relationship with his/her co-worker
• QUANTITY: 01
• SALARY:  As per the company scale
• WORK PLACE: Bishoftu
