Student Council and Student Recruitment Full Time

Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced international staff member to join our team to lead and support our Student Council and Student Recruit- ment efforts. This role involves mentoring and guiding students, promoting a positive campus culture, and recruiting prospective students to join our programs.

 Key Responsibilities:

Student Council Coordination

• Oversee and support the Student Council, fostering a dynamic and inclusive student body.
• Mentor student council members in organizing events, promoting engage- ment, and developing leadership skills.
• Act as a liaison between the Student Council and the administration to address student concerns.

Student Recruitment

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract international and local students.
• Represent EISC at educational fairs, virtual events, and international student recruitment activities.
• Build relationships with high schools, colleges, and educational partners to expand student recruitment efforts.

Student Engagement and Support

• Welcome and assist new students with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
• Conduct orientation sessions and provide ongoing support throughout their academic journey.
• Address student inquiries and provide information on available programs and resources.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Previous experience in student recruitment, education administration, or student affairs, preferably in an international setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibili- ties.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
