Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
Demonstrate a good understanding of how different social media platforms work + scheduling
Create customized content for different social media platforms (FB, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube/Shorts) and own posting and commenting on these to boost viewership and engagement.
Summarize and share feedback with appropriate teams and provide trend analysis report to Management
Monitor Abbay Media’s + competitors’ Social Media pages and provide regular trend analysis reports
Run social media campaigns
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Provide input in creating viral content in collaboration with creative team
Generate, Photo & Video Editing, publish and share engaging content daily
Create and Implement Social media growth strategy & implementation roadmap
Perform any other related tasks as asked by the Market Manager.

Requirements and skills

Education Qualification: Bachelor degree
1+ year Experience with similar role
Strong Amharic + English Speaking and Writing
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding and working experience of SEO Optimization and Google Analytics
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
