Service Adviser/Sales Full Time

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a
Service Adviser/Sales Personnel at our automobile workshop. The primary responsibilities
of this role will be to manage customers coming in for vehicle service and engage with
potential customers through calls and in-person visits to corporate offices.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the workshop for vehicle service
• Understand customer needs and provide recommendations on service packages
•  Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work
•  Follow up with customers on service status and address any concerns or questions
• Generate leads and engage with potential customers through phone calls and in-person
  visits to corporate offices
• Present service offerings and promotions to potential customers to drive sales
•  Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with both
  existing and potential customers

Job Requirement

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
•  Knowledge of automotive services and products is a plus
• Willingness to travel for in-person customer engagements
•  Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach
