Job Description
- Plan, manage and excute service transition activities for new products , systems or enhancement.
- Lead the service transition management function for all new and enhanced digital financial services.
- Develop and govern the formal service transition management framework aligned with ITIL best practice.
- Lead end to end transition planning and development activity to ensure minimal service disruption.
- Chair the service transition advisory board (STAB) for readiness reviews and production approval.
- Manage all transition related risks , dependencies, and issues with mitigation strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Business Management, Accounting , Economics or a related field, with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years focused on service transition or release management with in a complex ,regulated environment like banking or financial services.
Certification
- Certification in project management /program management .ITIL
