- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related Fields,
- Terms of employment :Permanent after Probation Period
- Work Experience; 4/5 Years Relevant Work Experience of which 1 year as Talent Acquisition Officer, HCM Officer or Equivalent in banking industry.
- Job Grade: XI
- Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary scale.
