Position Overview
The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying potential advertisers, promoting the company’s advertising services, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential advertisers and partners
- Promote the TV station’s advertising packages and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and maintain client records
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- BA degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field .
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in media, TV, radio, or advertising
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
