Key Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• Digital Financial Services (DFS) & mobile banking
• Product development (savings/credit)
• Market research & customer acquisition

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing campaigns to grow deposit/loan growth
• Conduct market research & product design
• Manage corporate brand, media, customer relationships & field outreach

Job Qualification

• Minimum Education: BA degree in Marketing Management, Communications, or Business Admin
• Experience Required: 4+ years in financial product marketing, brand management, or campaign execution
• Duty Station: Liaison Office Addis Ababa Legehar
• Salary/Allowance: 40K including Allowances
