Job Requirement
Qualification:
- LLB, LLM, in corporate governance and business regulation
Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2-year service as legal Officer
Preferred Skills
- Having good team work sprit,
- Good ethical behavior and no prior disciplinary records,
- Demonstrate knowledge of, and experience with, laws dealing with government and/or commercial contract administration, particularly contract negotiation, preparation and administration;
- Good customer handling and serving approach skill,
- Willingness to accept changes and implement it
- Recommendable/accepted for the position
- Accepting the given responsibility and being committed for overcoming responsibilities;
- Good previous performance history and working discipline;
