Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for supporting IT project quality assurance and IT change management activities. S/he ensures that quality issues are assessed and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked and resolved. S/he reviews quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. S/he supports the IT change management initiatives and strategies across the Bank. S/he also validates if comprehensive and well-structured test cases are provided by the responsible custodians.
Qualification & Experience
- BSc Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields plus a minimum of six (6) years’ experience in IT, software development, quality inspection, auditing and testing, project management and banking areas.
- Professional certificates in ITIL Foundation (as an added advantage).
- Professional certificates in quality assurance areas including quality auditor, quality engineer, quality improvement associate, six sigma (an added advantage).
- Place of work : Addis Ababa (V. No HO/01861/25)
- Term of Employment :Permanent
