Brief Job Description
- Prepare information technology management policy and procedure of the Fund;
- Identify and propose information technology solutions which should be implemented in the Fund and that enhance operational efficiency of the Fund;
- In collaboration with other relevant organs of the Fund, plan and implement new systems or IT initiatives;
- Lead the testing and evaluation of new technology before operationalization;
- Prepare specification for the purchase of information technology (both hardware and software) and provide necessary support while procuring such technology;
- Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from the computers;
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications as and when required;
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks;
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
- Replace and repair computer technology of the Fund as and when required;
- Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues;
- Plan and implement IT initiatives of the Fund;
- Test and evaluate new technology before operationalization;
- Prepare annual plan and progress report related to information technology of the Fund;
- Prepare periodic progress report on information technology of the Fund;
- Manage website of the Fund; and
- Carry out any other duties that are within the scope of information technology management function and as requested by the Fund.
Job Requirement
Required Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
- 1st Degree or above in Computer Science, Management Information System, Information Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience for 1st Degree or 4 years for 2nd Degree holder, in information technology management.
- The applicant Should also have IT project management experience (mandatory replicate)

- Age limit: Not exceeding 40 years
