Essential Functions:
Job Position: Senior Human Resource Officer
- Job Grade: – VII
Purpose of the Job: To effectively implement HR strategies and policy in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance, while also fostering a positive organizational culture, boosting employee engagement, and driving initiatives that support business objectives.
Generic Functions:
- Participates in HR planning and various HR study and design activities
- Participate in the HR policy revision and or development
- Participate in the human resource development need analysis
- Participates in various HR studies
- Preform other duties as required
Specific Functions:
- Handles payments (internal & External), benefits and various requests of employees;
- Facilitate and process promotion, transfer and external recruitment;
- Arrange various human resource development programs and
Conduct post training evaluation
Job Requirement:
- Qualification: BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, and related fields.
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience preferably in Banking Industry of which 2 year as HR officer.
